Your Role:

As the Data Platform Support Lead, you will manage a team of support engineers responsible for data platforms. Your duties include monitoring and managing Azure Data Factory pipelines, Databricks workflows, and SQL databases to ensure optimal data processing. You will troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and optimize the performance of Databricks notebooks and clusters. Ensuring the reliability and scalability of data workflows through Azure-native tools, you will collaborate with development teams to deploy and support new data pipelines and jobs.

About You:

You should have experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks, including building, managing, and optimizing pipelines, workflows, and clusters. Proficiency in SQL, troubleshooting, and query optimization is essential. Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, compliance standards, RBAC, and secure networking is required. Strong problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and preventive solutions are also necessary.
