Job Description:

Oliver Bernard is currently working with a consultancy client seeking an experienced Data Platform/DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SageMaker on AWS for a Data/ML-focused project.

The role involves working within a cross-functional team comprising Platform Engineers, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists, so prior collaboration with such teams is essential.

Requirements include:

• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud and AWS Services
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins)
• Practical experience with SageMaker and Jupyter Notebooks is critical
• Knowledge of working in MLOps environments

This position offers £600-700 per day, inside IR35, for an initial 3-month contract, with remote work available for UK-based candidates only.
