A leading local authority offers an exciting opportunity for a Data Performance Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in Adult Social Care. The successful candidate will extract and analyse data using SQL and Power BI, contributing to strategic planning through the development of dashboards that inform service improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time, 1-year fixed term role with hybrid working (2-3 days office based), and a salary of £37,526 - £41,613 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Data Performance Analyst to join our Systems, Performance and Communities team.
The Data Performance Analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making within Adult Social Care at RBWM. The postholder will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and visualising data using SQL and Power BI to support performance monitoring, statutory reporting, and service improvement initiatives. This role will contribute to the development of dashboards and reports that inform strategic planning and operational delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing outcomes for residents.
