We’re expanding our team in Sheffield and looking for driven individuals to join our growing Pay Services Team. This is your opportunity to support our workforce by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data and payroll functions.
You’ll be part of a collaborative group of specialists responsible for ensuring employee records and remuneration information are maintained and processed with precision. This includes analysing pay structures, managing compliance, responding to queries, and supporting key reporting and project delivery.

About the role:
• Handle the input, maintenance, and validation of payroll-related data covering salary, overtime, bonuses, tax, pension, and leave information.
• Deliver high-quality support for internal teams and stakeholders by interpreting policies and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards.
• Maintain service levels, addressing issues and escalating when necessary.
• Contribute to process reviews and highlight areas for operational improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and development sessions, sharing insights and supporting your colleagues.
• Own your professional growth and play a part in shaping the future of the team.
About you:
• Payroll experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills – experience working with large data sets and identifying inconsistencies or trends.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data tools and systems.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver outstanding internal service.
• A collaborative mindset and flexible approach to changing business needs.
