Job summary

Profitero+, based in Reading, UK, seeks an experienced People Team Leader to grow and manage a Technical Data Operations team. You will own workstream planning, prioritisation, and delivery quality, ensuring resources are allocated, escalations managed, and SLAs met.

Strong leadership and prior junior-team management are essential. The role focuses on developing the team and operational processes to drive delivery excellence across the workstream, underpinning successful client implementations

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in a team management role.
Proven coaching and people development experience.
Experience managing prioritisation, capacity planning and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Data Operations Analysts with coaching and performance management.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of product data activities across BAU and new client implementations.
Collaborate with Capacity Planning to resolve prioritisation challenges and ensure timely delivery.
Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues and risks.
Manage stakeholder communications with clear delivery status updates.
Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, quality and predictability.
