Openwork Limited seeks a Data Operations Analyst to support the Data Operations team by providing high-quality, trusted information to inform decisions and performance assessment. You will create Power BI and Excel reports, work with semantic layers, and analyse large datasets to explore new data outputs.

Stakeholder collaboration and data quality are essential. The hybrid Swindon role offers a 3-days-per-week on-site schedule with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on data analytics

• Set MI reporting policies and Power BI standards; contribute to security model.
• Build relationships across Openwork Partnership for successful delivery.
• Coding knowledge/experience is preferred.
• Interest or experience in data visualisations is ideal.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

As the Data Operations Analyst, you will support the Data Operations team to ensure that the Openwork Group has access to high quality and trusted information to assess performance, provide insight, and inform decisions.

• Provide regular reporting and data visualisation in Power BI and Excel, using a range of data for consumption by MI/BI consumers.
• Utilise productionised datasets to develop semantic layers to support development.
• Manipulate and analyse large data sets for sandboxing potential new data outputs, reports, or dashboards for MI/BI Consumers, and to inform what productionised data may be required.
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and set expectations of what will be delivered.
• Assist in identifying and overcoming data deficiencies and gaps in analytical capabilities.
• Set MI reporting policies, PowerBI Standards, and contribute to reporting security model.
• Build effective relationships across the Openwork Partnership to ensure successful delivery.
  Coding knowledge/experience is preferred (any language), whether this is in a work-setting or from a Degree
• Interest or experience in data visualisations is ideal
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Hybrid role

Please note, this is a hybrid role in Swindon 3 days per week.

• Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
