Role Overview

This role is focused on ensuring data accuracy and alignment between business operations and measurable outcomes across Tripledot’s growing portfolio.

The person in this position will play a key role in validating the numbers that drive strategic decisions, making sure that what the company is measuring truly reflects the real value it is generating.

Their primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between how the business operates and how its performance is quantified. This means continuously verifying that the data used in decision-making processes is accurate, reliable, and representative of actual performance. In short, this role is about making sure the company is guided by correct numbers—ensuring that decisions at all levels are based on factual, dependable data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a hands-on technical role within the central Marketing Analytics team, you will collaborate across 12 gaming studios and multiple data functions to ensure accurate and actionable marketing data.
  • Responsible for QA setup and maintenance across the organisation between multiple data sources - such as installs, users, events, revenue, and spend.
  • Assist with mobile attribution setup and data flow across channels (e.g., AppLovin, Google Ads, Unity Ads).
  • Support user acquisition in data analysis, investigations, and surfacing of data on dashboards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data tracking discrepancies by collaborating with user acquisition managers, developers, and analysts to ensure accurate attribution and clean data flow.
  • Support user acquisition with technical campaign setup (deeplinks, postbacks, etc.).
  • Help teams interpret marketing data by ensuring consistent taxonomy and event tracking.
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering to optimise post-install event tracking to support LTV modeling, event-based targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Work with Data Engineering on how sources and campaigns are tracked to ensure accuracy in data models.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience with MMP partners (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) or data warehouse platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
  • Experience working with large volumes of data from multiple sources
  • Experience working in or with User Acquisition or performance marketing generally
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to organising projects, settings, and documentation.
  • A sophisticated approach to navigating organisations and relationships.
  • Skilled at explaining difficult concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
Working at Tripledot
  • 25 days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year.
  • Hybrid Working: We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice.
  • 20 days fully remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, 20 days of the year.
  • Daily Free Lunch: In the office you get £12 every day to order from JustEat.
  • Regular company events and rewards: quarterly on-site and off-site events that celebrate cultural events, our achievements, and our team spirit.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Confidential, caring support available anytime you need it.
  • Family Forming Support: Support for your family forming/fertility journey (subject to policy).
  • Life Assurance & Group Income Cover: Financial protection for you and your loved ones.
  • Continuous Professional Development
  • Private Medical Cover & Health Cash Plan
  • Dental Cover
