The Client Domain is responsible for shaping data capabilities that drive client-focused outcomes. It works closely with architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to design, evolve, and communicate data models supporting digital and analytical solutions.

About the Role

We’re seeking a versatile and collaborative Data Modeller to join the Client Domain. This role suits someone who thrives in agile environments, enjoys working across strategic and technical domains, and is passionate about shaping data capabilities that support client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects and domain leadership to define scalable data strategies and models supporting business objectives and future readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse and enhance existing data assets, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models, translating requirements into actionable specifications.
  • Provide data insights and modelling support throughout the delivery lifecycle, participating in agile ceremonies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and address data needs, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies and technical solutions.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with data modelling tools and techniques (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, UML, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake & Azure.
  • Understanding of data architecture principles and data governance.
  • Good understanding of database management, design best practices, and enterprise-level data architecture.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in agile, collaborative environments and a passion for continuous learning.
