Job summary

Vertage Inc. seeks a Data Migration Analyst to support large-scale implementations and transformations, handling complex datasets and migrations with client stakeholders.

You will analyse data, map and cleanse datasets, validate results, and migrate data into target systems while collaborating with clients and internal teams, and mentoring junior members where required. • Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Proficient in SQL and ideally Python; capable of data mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience in pensions administration, financial services, or consulting environments.

• Support the loading of transformed data into target systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues throughout implementation projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, or Implementation Projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.

• Proven experience in data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

• Knowledge of Pension Schemes including Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), CARE, or Annuities.
