Your new company

The in-house legal team is embarking on an exciting transformation project to implement a new contract and matters management system (CMS Project), and we're looking for a talented Data Migration Paralegal to help lead the way.

Your new role
You'll work closely with Legal, IT, and Procurement teams, ensuring that contract data is accurately captured and transferred. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract, full-time (37 hours/week).

Key responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing existing contracts to determine migration needs.
2. Updating contract summaries and metadata for system integration.
3. Escalating queries to senior legal or procurement contacts.
4. Attending project meetings and collaborating cross-functionally.

What you'll need to succeed

• A law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) and LPC/SQE.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial contracts paralegal role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and managing your own workload.
• In-house legal experience is a strong plus.
