Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead and oversee data migration as part of the Payments Transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data migration, and IT systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Experience:

1. Experience of migrating data to a 3rd party cloud solution preferably PRM.
2. Experience in migrating data via batch loaded using XML files into a 3rd party cloud solution.
3. Experience in development solutions built in BODs Data Service and PL/SQL.
4. Experience in data migration from various finance related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. This will include detailed plans for a Day 0 migration, as well as a transition to event driven data updates and associated reconciliations.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze existing data structures and identify potential issues or challenges in migration.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data migration projects.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
7. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and any issues encountered.
8. Compliance: Ensure all data migration activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
