Job summary

iamproperty Group is seeking a Data Migration & Implementation Lead to head data migrations from external CRMs into our CRM platform. You will oversee a small technical team, plan migrations, and ensure secure, accurate transfers.

You will design and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines, lead data mapping and quality checks, and work with Product, Technology, Onboarding and Sales to meet client commitments. Quarterly Newcastle visits required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering and data warehousing.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring staff.
• Solid knowledge of data modelling, ETL, and SQL/data storage systems.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming language.
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two Data Engineers and one Software Engineer.
• Plan and oversee CRM data migrations from third-party systems.
• Design and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines.
• Lead data mapping, quality checks and remediation.
• Develop migration runbooks including rollback plans and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Onboarding and Sales to meet client commitments.
• Identify opportunities to make migrations faster and more scalable.
