Data Migration Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Data Migration Analyst with strong Data Analysis skills, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves supporting the data migration lead in transferring legacy data into NetSuite edERP, following the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in reviewing legacy data for quality issues such as missing mandatory fields, incoherent data, incorrect formatting, and potential NetSuite shortfalls.
2. Coordinate with schools during data preparation stages.
3. Extract data from legacy systems into Excel for review and cleansing.
4. Collaborate with users to resolve data quality issues and prepare additional non-legacy data required for NetSuite, including email addresses, third-party payers, fees, discounts, academic calendar, pricing, and contracts.
5. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and report any concerns appropriately.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and cleansing, with at least 3 years in systems implementation.
• Experience in data extraction and legacy data cleansing.
• Participation in at least two major data migration projects.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ETL methodology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

The client is based in Milton Keynes with offices across the UK. The role is currently remote but may require attendance at the office as needed. The contract duration is 6 months, with a daily rate of approximately £300 to £400.
