How you\'ll make an impact

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Manager based in Llantrisant. The Team Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of telemarketers, and ensure that team members meet performance targets and provide excellent service. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews, and implementing training and development programs. The Team Manager will also coordinate with other departments to optimize processes and contribute to business goals.

  • Motivate and encourage the morale of the team, proactively managing all employee relation issues, ensure team efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Develop and monitor progress towards targets, review branch profitability and share with senior management.
  • Carrying out regular one-to-one and team meetings to provide coaching, feedback, support and set individual career pathways.
  • Utilising data to ensure accurate performance management is carried out and relayed back to the individuals in the team.
  • Carrying out team audits to ensure the team are paying close attention to detail (i.e. following scripts).
About You
  • 1 year+ Managerial experience in a regulated office environment is desired
  • CII qualification preferred.
  • Regulatory awareness and ability to work to FCA guidelines.
  • Previous experience managing, leading, or supporting a team is required.
  • Able to interpret data with accuracy and present findings articulately.
  • Committed to learning and developing industry knowledge pursuing standards in excellence.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Can display a sale driven and motivational attitude.
  • An approachable and open-minded management style with a genuine desire to help their team thrive.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen, coach, mentor, and support colleagues.
