Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Manager to join our established and successful Finance Centre
Where: Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area.

Salary: £35,000.00 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or to suit business needs.

What we need from you - skill base requirements:
Experience
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in CRM marketing (ideally HubSpot, but not compulsory), database marketing, or related roles, and able to demonstrate a track record of successful CRM campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis, marketing automation, segmentation, and email marketing.
- Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of creating targeted, sector-specific campaigns and content that support sales, marketing and business objectives.
Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
- A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance
- A professional qualification in data management, analytics, information systems, or a related discipline (advantageous but not essential
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- An understanding of data compliance and data protection regulations (e.g., UK GDPR).
- Experience supporting operational and commercial teams through actionable insights and reporting.
- Proven track record of improving data quality and managing system integrity.
- Ability to resolve data discrepancies and lead data improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee core data sets across operational, commercial, and compliance systems.
- Establish and manage data governance standards and best practices.
- Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and manage data dashboards and regular reporting for leadership and operational teams.
- Support the integration and optimisation of data systems across the Group.
- Provide analysis and insights to support business strategy and operational improvements.
- Train and support teams on correct data handling and reporting practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and operational teams to drive continuous data improvement.
