As our Data Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the flow of data into our CRM system, providing oversight of the data lifecycle and ensuring data is governed by the necessary policies and processes, which includes data on the pets we help, their guardians, and supporters of Blue Cross.

You will be the Blue Cross lead on CRM data and will champion and contribute to the delivery of our data strategy, supporting our vision for our information to be trusted, accessible, and used to change the lives of pets and people.

Working closely with Information Services colleagues, you will assist in the evolution and maintenance of the data lake(s)/repositories within the organisation, with a focus on leading the governance of organisational data.

You will be leading, motivating, and inspiring a highly skilled team, consisting of two data engineers and a Data Compliance Officer. With them, you will be ensuring continuous improvement of data capture, quality, and extraction.
