The Impact You’ll Make

As Data Manager, you will:

• Oversee data governance – Set policies and standards to ensure data integrity and security.
• Manage data integration – Bring together information from multiple sources for a seamless experience.
• Develop ETL processes – Extract, transform, and load data efficiently to support club operations.
• Enhance data analysis and visualization – Create reports and dashboards that inform key decisions.
• Ensure compliance – Maintain GDPR and ISO27001 standards, safeguarding data privacy.
• Collaborate across departments – Understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor – Guide a team of data professionals while fostering a culture of innovation.

Your Skills and Experience

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Technical expertise in Azure, SQL, and Power BI.
• A strong understanding of data governance, GDPR, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline management.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Python, R, AI tools, or data modeling is desirable.
