Job Description

:

You will be part of the larger Boeing Team, working specifically with three other data management colleagues. Your primary role will be verifying customer logistics data management records, which are critical to the airworthiness of the C-17 fleet supporting the Royal Air Force.

Responsibilities:

  • Use maintenance records and collaborate with Field Services engineering colleagues to resolve data accuracy and integrity issues.
  • Transcribe data into secure systems such as US Air Force FMxC2 (G081), C-17 Standard Flight Data Recorder (ADEMS), and C-17 Engine Optical Quick Access Recorder repositories.
  • Ensure data quality, maintain process records, and handle data disposition.

No prior aircraft or aviation data experience is necessary; training will be provided.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing skills.
  • Formal training in Microsoft Office and logistics data systems is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of data retrieval systems and database management.
  • Experience in an office environment with flexibility and responsiveness to customer requests.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with minimal supervision.

This role involves representing Boeing to customer maintenance teams and planning functions, so professionalism and confidence are essential.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
