Job summary

Billigence Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Management Lead to support a major enterprise AI transformation programme through to March 2027. You will drive data governance, quality, lineage, and usability across large-scale AI initiatives while coordinating with business and technology teams.

The role requires delivering scalable data management frameworks and strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-moving, evolving environment to underpin enterprise AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering Data Management or Data Governance initiatives within large enterprise organisations.
• Experience supporting complex transformation or AI-enabled programmes.
• Strong understanding of core data management principles including data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-wide data management initiatives aligned to the AI roadmap.
• Work closely with business, technology, governance, and analytics teams to improve data quality, ownership, lineage, and controls.
• Help define and implement scalable data management frameworks, standards, and operating models.
• Support the identification and remediation of data issues impacting AI and reporting use cases.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions to establish trusted and governed data practices.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and governance teams to align data strategy with delivery objectives.
• Support metadata, master data, reference data, and data quality initiatives across critical domains.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable governance and stewardship capabilities within a large enterprise environment.
• Operate effectively within fast-moving and evolving programmes where processes and structures are still maturing.
