Job Description: Data Management Analyst at YPrime

At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps. We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

YPrime’s Data Management team is looking for a Data Management Analyst based in our Sandwich, UK office.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve user-reported DCF issues and communicate resolutions within SLAs
  • Escalate system DCF issues to the project team when necessary
  • Manage data corrections with the system database and user interface
  • Provide input on support processes and suggest improvements
  • Operate in compliance with all YPrime SOPs and WIs
  • Verify database corrections of varying complexity
  • Maintain attention to detail, considering downstream data implications
  • Collaborate with Application Services, Project Teams, and Customer Care Analysts
  • Identify process improvements and use troubleshooting resources effectively
  • Recognize data trends, share insights, and mitigate risks
  • Be available for on-call support as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Database querying experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • Technical support experience in healthcare or life sciences
  • Experience with SaaS delivery is a plus
