Responsibilities:

• Working directly to the Head of Asset Power Digital and closely with the Digital Product Lead, this role is a key enabler for realizing EnBW’s ambition of driving greater commercial value through taking a hands-on approach to optimising how data is discovered, shared, enhanced, consumed, and governed in Asset Power Trading.
• Lead on data strategy and implementation within Asset Power.
• Resolve immediate data pain points and implement long-term data strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a modular pipeline of data products.
• Manage backlog/pipeline of key data improvement projects.
• Define key success metrics aligned with the delivery of the agreed vision.

Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years in Trading or Consulting environments.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Expertise in data storage, processing technologies, and architecture best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and algorithmic trading data structuring.
• Experience in energy trading environments and inclusive team culture development.
