This senior manager-level position is ideal for a data expert with 15+ years’ experience in data governance, data conversion, and leading enterprise-scale data initiatives.

You’ll play a strategic role in designing data governance frameworks, overseeing data migration efforts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust data governance strategies organisation-wide

Lead data conversion at the project level, including migration & transformation rules

Collaborate with technical teams for data load validation and sign-off

Oversee data-related initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives

Champion data quality and compliance across systems and departments

Candidate Profile:

15+ years of experience in data governance, data conversion, and related fields
