Data & Inventory Administrator

GBP30,000 , Full time, office based, Winnersh

We are supporting our fantastic client who has seen continued growth within their organisation and is now looking for a Data & Inventory Administrator to support their Warehouse lead with all things stock and inventory management!

The successful candidate will be IT Savvy and have demonstrable experience using bespoke IT systems, be able to generate reports, manage inventory and stock levels as well as resolve any issues.

Full responsibilities are as follows:
  • Managing data on the in-house stock management system.
  • Tracking stock movements across on-site and off-site locations.
  • Tracking on-site and off-site loan stock.
  • Organising regular internal meetings, across the organisation, to discuss stock requirements and adherence to internal processes.
  • Generating a range of reports for internal and external scrutiny.
  • Generating purchase orders.
  • Assisting with the ongoing review of stock management processes.
  • resolve stock related issues.
  • Providing general administrative support for the Manager, as required.
