This role involves investigating accounts within debt recovery processes while ensuring accurate data management and compliance with regulations. Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office.
Your training will be office based in Peterborough, once this is completed you will have the flexibility to work from home. Your base location will be Henderson House in Huntingdon.
We are recruiting for 2 Data Interrogation Team Members to join our team!
Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day to day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes, ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people. You’ll remain compliant with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.
This role will require investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes.
Within this exciting role you’ll use appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact, whilst using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods. You’ll complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.
