Join Us as a Data & Insight Manager

We are inviting applications for the newly created role of Data & Insight Manager to be part of our dynamic and friendly team.

This key position requires overseeing the entire data lifecycle within Digital Services and the wider Digital team. Responsibilities include data collection, management, analysis, and transforming data into actionable insights. You will play a vital role in making our data a strategic asset, supporting performance improvements, identifying new opportunities, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the Digital Services Data Team, managing data collection, architecture, reporting, analysis, and process development across all Spares channels.
2. Develop and maintain datasets to improve customer product identification and enhance user experience across Digital Services channels.
3. Establish and enforce data management policies, ensuring quality, security, and compliance in data handling, analysis, and sharing.
4. Support daily data system operations, including report generation, data extraction, and system security and performance monitoring.
5. Contribute to management strategies, identify improvement opportunities, support subscription models, and lead a high-performing team to support future growth.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in leading high-performing teams in a business support or customer-facing environment.
• Strong motivational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive with excellent prioritization skills and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in IT tools, with a focus on Excel, and experienced in project management, Lean Six Sigma, and business planning.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and problem-solving skills; educational requirements include A-Level or NVQ Level 5 or higher; knowledge of the spares industry is a plus.
