About the role...

Working in a team with Tom Clarke (Senior Manager – Planning and Reporting), the Manager - Data and Insight Support will play a critical role in the delivery of Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) reporting, ensuring that key stakeholders are equipped with essential data to inform decision making.

You will be joining our enthusiastic team, who are committed to making a positive change in this sector. Working alongside two other managers you will lead on the gathering and understanding of data requirements that will ultimately be delivered to end users through collaboration with our product and digital teams.

You will develop good relationships with the CSS Product and Operational teams and Homes England Digital team to achieve common goals.

About you…

You'll be highly motivated, well organised and have strong, demonstrable skills in MS Excel and Power BI.

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.

You’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
