Job summary

Bupa is hiring for a Data Insight Associate in the UK. The role focuses on building data assets, creating reporting views, and developing dashboards and analytics to support resident outcomes and KPIs.

You will work across Care Services and Richmond, engaging with stakeholders to understand data needs. Eligible candidates will have a qualification in Data Analytics or related field, solid SQL experience, some Python exposure, and proficiency with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and relational data structures.
• Some exposure to Python for data manipulation or analysis.
• Experience with Power BI reporting/visualisation.
• Understanding of Snowflake or similar cloud data environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data assets and reporting views.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to support business decisions.
• Produce performance, operational and clinical KPI reporting.
• Work with data from multiple sources across Care Services and Richmond.
• Support analytics projects using modern data platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
