Bupa Care Homes (HH Bradford) Limited is seeking a Data Insight Associate on a 12-month FTC. The role offers hybrid working (3 days WFH) and a 37.5-hour week, with offices in Leeds, Salford Quays, and Staines. Starting salary is £33,500, with occasional site visits to care homes.

You'll build data assets, develop dashboards and analytics to support clinical KPIs and resident outcomes, collaborating with Care Services and Richmond teams and using modern cloud data platforms.

Competenze

• A qualification, apprenticeship or formal training in Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience working with SQL and an understanding of relational data structures.
• Some exposure to Python for data manipulation or analysis.
• Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of data platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud‑based data environments.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in turning data into meaningful insights.
• Confidence working with large datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Job Description:

Data Insight Associate
Contract: 12 Month FTC, Full time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday‑Friday
Location: Leeds, Manchester or Staines
Salary Starting: £33,500
Hybrid – 3 days WFH and 2 days at the office (Office locations are Leeds, Salford Quays and Staines) some site visits to care homes will also be required occasionally

Role Summary

This 12-month fixed‑term opportunity supports our Care Services and Richmond teams, supporting a wide range of clinical, commercial and operational data across the business. The role focuses on building data assets, creating reporting views, and developing dashboards and analytics that support business performance, resident outcomes and clinical KPIs. Working with stakeholders across multiple functions, you'll gain exposure to large‑scale healthcare data and modern cloud‑based data platforms.
