Opportunity: Senior Design Insight Analyst

Join the Design Analytics & Measurement team as a Senior Design Insight Analyst. You will embed a data-driven approach to design changes by leveraging customer data to identify, inform, and quantify the impact of design-driven change.

What are we looking for?

An experienced data analyst or data scientist responsible for the analytics within a specific change domain. You should support customer-centric change through delivering robust, high-quality, actionable insights.

You should be passionate about data's role in evidence-based decision making, able to translate data into impactful analytics, and work collaboratively across teams. Prioritization and balancing technical and business narratives are essential.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent SQL skills
• Strong analytical techniques and skills
• Experience translating data into compelling stories
• Understanding of financial services
• Effective communication and influencing skills
• Passion for making a difference
• Experience with Data Visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of core analytical and statistical methods
• Proficiency in Python
