Your Role

As a Data Input Administrator, you will:

  • Provide key support to the MOD operations department, working closely with managers on operational duties and reports
  • Perform general administration duties for the MOD Operations division
  • Monitor internal and client CAFM systems to ensure work orders are accurately created, assigned, and prioritized
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity and efficiency
  • Verify engineers' and supply chain timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Assist with updating technical asset registers
  • Process client completion certificates and sales documentation
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes
  • Handle incoming calls and client queries
  • Generate reports on SLA and contract compliance
  • Maintain internal databases through accurate data entry
  • Draft, edit, and format formal documents
  • Assist project managers as needed
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations
About You
Qualifications

GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent

Knowledge & Experience

Experience in a customer-facing role, familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems, basic finance knowledge, experience with CAFM systems, and prior administrative work in facilities management.

Skills & Personal Qualities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong teamwork skills, excellent organization, ability to manage workload, flexibility, good communication skills, and self-motivation.
