Job summary

Mamas & Papas is seeking a Data Entry Administrator for up to 3 months to support the busy period for the Digital / Ecommerce Team at our Huddersfield Head Office.

The role is full-time, five days a week, based at HD5 0RH with on-site work Tue-Thu and home-working Mon and Fri. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel skills and data entry experience.
• Data validation and imagery/data information handling.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a bonus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Loading, updating, and maintaining product information across all systems relating to our website.
• Supporting the end-to-end product launch process to ensure products go live on time.
• Validating product information, imagery, pricing, and categorisation.
• Performing quality checks to ensure product data/information and imagery is accurate and complete.
• Working with Buying, Merchandising, Content, and Trading teams to gather launch information.
• Monitoring launch schedules and resolving data/information or imagery issues.

This role being:
