A leading automotive company in Bracknell is seeking a dynamic Data Governance & Master Data Management (MDM) Senior Expert. The role involves establishing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and managing teams for effective decision-making. Candidates must have a solid background in data management, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with CRM platforms. This position offers flexible working arrangements including working from home up to 2 days per week.
At Honda we embrace inclusion in our policies, and our contracts state that hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week. We offer flexibility for when you work. Regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break and 08:00 – 13:00 on Friday. We offer daily flex-time with a start window between 07:00 and 11:00, provided there is no business requirement to attend the office.
While there is no contractual right to work from home, you may request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Governance & Master Data Management (MDM) Senior Expert to establish and oversee enterprise-wide data governance and MDM frameworks. This role will build and manage a team that enables data-driven decision-making, unlocks business value, and supports regulatory compliance.
While the role is based in our European head office in Bracknell, significant travel is expected across our regional operations and occasional international travel.
