VodafoneThree is seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead UK governance across data platforms and teams. You will implement the governance framework, ensure controlled access to data, and drive value from data products while balancing compliance and innovation.

You will collaborate with Privacy, Legal, Cyber Security, Data Platform, Analytics, Commercial, Marketing and external regulators to deliver scalable governance and measurable outcomes across GCP, EDW, Dataplex, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data governance, data management or data risk within a large enterprise.
• Ability to translate governance concepts into practical policies and controls.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Data Governance framework execution with proper access, controls and governance rails.
• Drive governance as a competitive advantage by accelerating data access and value realization.
• Translate risks into policies and platform guardrails to support compliance and innovation.
• Oversee governance across platforms like GCP, EDW, Satori, Collibra, Dataplex and Tableau.
• Partner with Governance & Risk to align insights with enterprise objectives.
• Support scalable data ownership models linking governance to business value.
