Qurated, a leading PE-backed residential real estate services group, is seeking a Data Governance and Engagement Lead in London. You will define and embed the UK data governance framework and drive data literacy across the business.

This experienced individual contributor role offers hybrid working in London, with broad influence across seniority and data maturity levels. You will champion data ownership, stewardship, and adoption of enterprise reporting solutions like Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance within a complex organisation.
• Defined and embedded a governance framework or operating model.
• Developed data literacy or adoption programmes.
• Experience with Power BI or enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong communicator across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Embed UK data governance framework drawing on Group standards.
• Define governance policies, processes, roles and decision rights.
• Define UK data quality framework with measures and thresholds.
• Facilitate governance councils and communities of practice.
• Deliver data engagement and literacy programme.
• Drive adoption of Power BI and governance solutions.
