Location: Brussels, Belgium | Hybrid Work model 8 days per month in the office

As part of our dedication to safeguarding critical financial services, we’re looking for a Security Analyst to join our Data Protection Governance team within the CISO (Cyber Information Security Office) Division.

About the Role
As a Security Analyst in the Data Governance Tribe, you will help shape and carry out our cybersecurity standards, contribute to developing new security policies, and ensure our data protection systems are resilient, inclusive, and future-ready. You’ll collaborate closely with internal Audit, Risk, and Business units to maintain a safe and secure digital ecosystem.

Your Mission


In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert analysis and support for security architecture, operations, and controls
  • Evaluate and improve data protection technologies and governance frameworks
  • Conduct risk assessments and participate in investigations, forensic analysis, and incident responses
  • Design and implement security monitoring solutions and data loss prevention strategies
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless integration of security into new technologies and projects
  • Support the evolution of cloud and email security solutions

What You Bring


We’re looking for a blend of skills and experience. If you have some or all of the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Solid understanding of infrastructure or application security domains
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure Information Protection, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of McAfee ePO, endpoint protection, secure email gateways, CASB/DLP tools, and SIEM solutions
  • Technical knowledge in networking, system administration (Windows, Active Directory), and vulnerability assessment
  • Comfort with scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, SQL,
  • Familiarity with standards like CISM, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001/02, SOX, NIST, GDPR
