Working style: Hybrid 50% office 50% from home
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Data Governance Analysts to work within our Data Governance team, operating across the Group. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team with a wide range of experience and backgrounds. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are customer-focused and who have strong general knowledge of pension and insurance products and specialism or experience in Data Governance, or similar/related role, for example in Data Analysis, Risk, Compliance or Data Protection.
The Data Governance Analysts plays a key role within the Data Governance team, directly helping the business to use the Data Governance Framework and toolkit to evidence compliance to the Data Governance Policy. They will collaborate with stakeholders to help them understand, interpret, and successfully implement data governance standards.
The role holder will support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements and facilitate the adoption of data governance best practices through the data management toolkit. This will enable the Group to achieve its strategic objectives and deliver superior customer outcomes, through improved data quality, compliance with relevant regulations, and embedded data governance best practices.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Data Governance, having supported the implementation of a data governance framework within a large organisation.
