Contract type Fixed Term Contract up to 24 Months

The Role

Responsible to the Deputy MIS Manager, working within the College's management information systems team, you will provide administration services and exceptional customer service to a range of customers and stakeholders. You will be required to complete a Level 3 Advanced Qualification in Business Administration with the duration of the contract.

What we are looking for

You should hold a Level 2 qualification in English and maths and have experience of ICT systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. You should have a commitment to provide excellent customer service, good organisation and time management skills. You must also be willing to work flexibly to ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.
