A leading defense organization in the UK is seeking a Data Fabric Service Line Manager to oversee data analytics and science services. The role involves managing business requirements, coordinating integrators, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate has strong client management, stakeholder, and communication skills. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with a salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.

Salary: Circa £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 1-2 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
As a Data Fabric Service Line Manager, you will join our IS Data Analytic team, to conduct the management of our existing two Centre Of Competencies (CoC), delivering solutions, services and value to our internal customers :
You will be working within the Data Service Centre, a multi-competent and multi-national part of the Group MBDA Information System Department. You will oversee our Data Analytics and Data Science service lines within a secure, on-premise environment.
This role involves managing business requirements collection, coordinating integrator activities, and ensuring the structured governance of user spaces and accounts. You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders, the central Data Analytics/Data Science domain lead, and IT management.
