Civica Election Services (CES) seeks a Data Executive to support ballot, election and democratic engagement projects across the UK. You will prepare and validate data, manage personalised email campaigns, and collaborate with teams across project management, digital, design, production and results services.
The role suits someone who enjoys data work, values accuracy, and can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Hybrid (2 days per week in the Clarendon Road, London N8 office) We're Civica and we make software that helps deliver critical services for citizens all around the world.
From local to state government, to education, to health and care, over 5,000 public bodies across the globe use our software to help provide critical services to over 100 million citizens.
Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion everywhere we work around the globe, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day.
Building on 21 years of continuous growth and success, we're at a pivotal point on our journey to realise that aspiration.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Civica Election Services (CES), a specialist team delivering ballot, election and democratic engagement services for organisations across the UK. Working with membership bodies, housing associations, health organisations, professional institutes, trade unions and corporate clients, CES helps organisations run secure, accurate and efficient voting processes.
As a Data Executive, you'll play a vital role in the successful delivery of these projects. Working across multiple live assignments at any one time, you'll prepare and validate data, manage personalised email campaigns, support print production and collaborate with teams across project management, digital, design, production and results services.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and ensuring every detail is correct. Success isn't about coming from a specialist data background. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised, comfortable managing competing priorities, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
If you're looking for a role where accuracy matters, no two projects are the same, and your work directly contributes to the delivery of important democratic and member engagement processes, we'd love to hear from you.
There is no such thing as the perfect candidate, so if you think you have what it takes but don't necessarily meet every single point on the list above, please still get in touch.
