Data Entry Specialist
£18 per hour
Remote
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking 5 detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support our client's business development team in the hospitality industry. This role involves light telesales and data entry. The ideal candidates should be organized, detail-focused, and confident speaking to businesses over the telephone.

Duties will include:
  1. Collecting and inputting accurate business contact information into the company's CRM system.
  2. Using the dialler system to contact businesses via phone to verify and update key data points.
  3. Organizing and categorizing business data for clarity and ease of use by the Business Development Team.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date records of all communications with businesses on the CRM.
  5. Assisting in generating and updating reports for business development and sales tracking.
  6. Supporting light telesales activities to qualify and engage prospects where appropriate.
Skills/Experience Required:
  1. Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within B2B or hospitality industry.
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Confidence in making outbound calls and verifying business data over the phone.
  5. Ability to work independently remotely and as part of a team.
  6. Previous experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Further Information
  1. This is a fully remote role with access to dialler software and CRM tools.
  2. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
  3. The contract lasts for 12 weeks with the potential for permanent placement.
