Job description

Our client plays a crucial role behind the scenes of patient care, partnering with hospitals and medical centres to keep essential administrative processes running smoothly - so doctors and nurses can focus on what matters most. You'll be joining a warm, welcoming team in modern, stylish office space. Located in a well-connected area, it's easy to reach by public transport - and if you drive, there's plenty of free parking waiting for you.

This isn't just another desk job - you'll be at the core of medical data processing. You'll be handling and cataloguing critical medical slides used in diagnostics and research. Accuracy and speed are key, and your sharp eye will make a real difference.

No experience required as full training is provided. If you're naturally detail-oriented and have a knack for staying focused, you'll thrive here. Maybe you've worked in healthcare, education, or a science-based role. Perhaps you're a former lab technician, medical secretary, nurse, or a recent science graduate. If you're comfortable with medical terms and love ticking things off with precision - we want to hear from you.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Process and organise vital medical samples from hospitals and medical centres across the UK
  2. Help ensure accurate, fast turnaround times for data that supports medical reporting
  3. Follow clear SOPs and procedures to maintain excellence and consistency
