Job Overview

This is a fixed-term contract position focused on data labeling and machine learning support, integral to Amazon's AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
• Work with various data types including text, speech, images, and videos.
• Provide high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert in ML data workflows, creating accurate responses and annotations.
• Make logical decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Pay close attention to detail and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Support operational metrics like AHT, quality, and TAT.
• Handle end-to-end data labeling processes independently.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational issues and suggest SOP or tool improvements.
• Provide floor support and clarify queries during task execution.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience.
