This position is for part-time employment.

Note: This role involves working with various types of data, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, to support AI development and deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining confidentiality and respecting customer privacy
• Delivering high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines
• Generating high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities
• Making sound judgments in ambiguous situations
• Attention to detail and flexibility in switching between tasks
• Supporting daily operational deliverables
• Analyzing root causes and error patterns to improve quality
• Identifying and suggesting improvements for operational issues
• Providing floor support and clarifying internal queries

A typical day involves:

Performing foundational labeling functions such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data, with a focus on confidentiality and quality.

Basic qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or related experience
• CEFR C1 or equivalent fluency in French
• English proficiency (CEFR B2)
