Job description

SRG are working with a global leading pharmaceutical company that are seeking a Customer Validation & Master Data Representative to join their team.

This is a critical role within the Customer Account and Supply Management team, a part of the Commercial Customer and Contracts platform service. The CC&C platform partners and collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders in order to keep abreast of the ever-changing healthcare environment. This exciting role will be working with the Customer Account & Supply Management Manager to continually adapt and evolve approaches to ensure that our medicines reach patients when and where they need them.

Mandatory requirements: SAP experience and customer service experience.

Key responsibilities:

  1. In accordance with SOPs, complete checks to ensure that the client does not supply product to non-registered/licensed premises.
  2. Track license changes being made under grace periods. Liaise with customers regarding their registration details and take appropriate actions if register updates become overdue.
  3. Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations, to maintain the quality of the products and integrity of the distribution chain.
  4. Support other areas within the team, using their initiative to recommend continuous improvement opportunities to the Customer Account & Supply Management Manager.
  5. Support business changes as appropriate.
  6. Support in ad hoc projects to improve processes.
  7. Maintain an accurate filing system for customer accounts & amendments to ensure effective administration and audit compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Secondary education level, including GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.
  2. Customer service experience in handling challenging customer queries.
  3. Preferred business to business experience.
  4. Good level of general IT skills, including MS Office. Experience of working with SAP an advantage but not essential.
  5. Ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
  6. Ability to make informed decisions.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  9. Able to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
