As a Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will include accurately inputting customer orders into the company database, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and contributing to efficient supply chain and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately input customer orders into the company database.
2. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies.
4. Update the database with order changes or adjustments.
5. Maintain accurate electronic records of orders and transactions.
6. Handle basic customer inquiries regarding order status.
7. Follow company data entry policies and maintain confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

1. Previous experience in data entry, logistics, or similar roles is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database systems.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
4. Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
7. Flexibility to work assigned hours, including weekends.
