Job description

Data Entry Clerk roles available working Monday to Friday for an award-winning global document storage company in Coventry (CV7) with free parking onsite, at least 6 months work available! No weekends! Own transport preferable due to the location. As our client is delivering services in the supply chain to MOD defence projects, they have a genuine occupational requirement for the role to be open to UK nationals only.


Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday 7.45am-3.45pm (0745-1545)


Pay Rate: £12.19 per hour


As Data Entry Clerk, you will be working in an office environment on a client site based in Coventry with responsibility for the following:

  • Working in the scanning bureau scanning confidential documents (A4 and A3 documents)
  • Keying in information from documents into a spreadsheet
  • A performance-driven operation with tight deadlines

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:

  • Data Entry Clerk or Administration background ideally
  • Full training will be provided
  • Good keyboarding skills
  • Good English with reading and writing skills due to the nature of the role
  • Must have good IT skills including knowledge of Excel
  • Own transport/reliable method of transport due to location

The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS and Credit check and provide 5 years verifiable employment/education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support covers the cost.
