In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and managing vital data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the company databases.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure reliability and consistency.
  • Organize and manage electronic and paper records efficiently.
  • Generate and compile reports from various data sets as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to verify and validate data.
  • Follow established protocols for data handling to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management processes.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or related field experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing data tasks.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheet and database applications, particularly Excel.
