Job summary

A staffing agency in London is looking for a Data Entry Clerk. This hybrid role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry software. Responsibilities include accurately entering data, reviewing for errors, and maintaining data integrity. This is a temporary position with full-time hours, requiring a commitment of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Job description

Location : Canary Wharf (Hybrid working 3 days in, 2 days at home)

- Contract Type : Temporary

- Start Date : 30th September

- Contract Length : 2 weeks minimum could be up to at least a month depending on how long the project runs.

- Working Pattern : Full Time 9am-5pm

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately enter data from one system to another, ensuring all information is inputted correctly and efficiently.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring information is updated and in line with guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other team members to resolve any data-related issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software and systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
