A successful and innovative Rail support business is seeking 2 Data Entry Administrators to support the Fleet Programmes Team with a contract of 3-6 months, located in Blantyre, Glasgow. The role involves data collection, input, and electronic filing, requiring strong organization and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates will possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills while fulfilling various administrative tasks.

  • Document management of templates, reports, and revision control.
  • Collation and distribution of data and reports.
  • Data input and recording of employee, secondee, and capacity contractor time bookings, reviewing the quality and quantity of bookings, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and controlling manageable tasks (PEPS MT/Work Orders) and process cards for audit purposes.
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support tasks.

Data Entry Administrator
Immediate start contract duration 3-6 months
Location: Blantyre, Glasgow
Rate of pay: £14.08 per hour
Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday, 7:15 am to 4:45 pm)

Duties include:

  • Document management of templates, reports, and revision control
  • Collation and distribution of data and reports
  • Data input and recording of employee, secondee, and capacity contractor time bookings, reviewing the quality and quantity of bookings, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintaining and controlling manageable tasks (PEPS MT/Work Orders) and process cards for audit purposes
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support tasks

Candidates must satisfy baseline security clearance and Disclosure Scotland vetting requirements.
