Data Engineering Team Lead, Hemel Hempstead

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to lead a small team of experienced data engineers.

You will join a fast-growing team responsible for delivering, improving, and maintaining robust data pipelines within an ambitious data architecture.

The client has fully transitioned to the cloud, with a mature platform in place. You will be part of a high-performing, proactive, and collaborative team.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience managing and mentoring data engineering teams
• Significant experience working with Snowflake, Azure, Data Factory, and Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

This role is almost fully remote, with quarterly visits to the client's office in the South East.
